As if that wasn't complicated enough for Dexter to balance, there will be an addition to the cast: a yet-to-be-cast male antagonist who will "cross paths with Dexter in a major, dramatic way." Word is, the Dexter casting people are on the lookout for a Jeff Daniels type to play the role.
"He will illuminate a lot about Dexter's life and force him to make some tough choices," Colleton says.
